Observed multiple time/control for safety (TCS) items in Pizza-make table (Left) cold holding above 41F. Corrective Action (CA): Person-in charge (PIC) instructed to ensure all TS items are cold held at 41F or below. All impacted items discard. COS.

Observed Pizza-make table unable to cold hold TCS items at 41F or below. Advised PIC to exclude unit from use until the lid is replaced to ensure temperatures are held.
