Observed clean dishes tightly stacked on clean dish shelf above four compartment sink while wet. Allow to fully air dry before tightly stacking.

Observed pizza boxes stored on floor, not 6 raised 6 inches off the ground. Observed pizza boxes not stored in protective plastic not inverted.
