Hand sink Temperatures at both front and back hand sinks were 81F. Corrective Action (CAP): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed all hand sinks must be supplied with hot water 85F or above.

Observed scoop with no handle in mango boba container. Observed ice scoop stored in ice bin with handle touching ice. Scoops removed. COS. REPEAT.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(i) - closing toilet room doors (c)
Restroom door observed not self closing, leading to food storage and prep areas. REPEAT.
