Observed employee water bottle stored in front serving area next to coffee pots, improperly stored. Corrective Action (CA): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure employee beverages are stored away from food storage or contact surfaces unless stored in a single service cup with a lid and a straw. Water bottle properly relocated. COS.
