Multiple items noted in broken condition and items not cleaned and sanitized as often as needed. Broken containers: Front counter cookie trays. Walk in cooler chicken strip and pickle container lids. Also, Overhead of sandwich topping station found with old splatter that was dried and discolored. CA: Replace broken equipment for proper cleaning and sanitization. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces more frequent to prevent potential contamination.
