Observed cooked chicken being placed back into raw chicken boxes. C/A - do NOT reuse raw chicken boxes. Use plastic containers instead.

Observed chicken being stored, uncovered in boxes while cooled. C/A - at least partially cover to vent to prevent accidental contamination.

Observed hose attached to kitchen sink faucet without vacuum breaker to prevent water backflow. C/A - obtain vacuum breaker from hardware store and use it between hose and faucet to keep dirty water from entering pipes and contaminating them.
