Observed mayo in reach in cooler in front service area at 44 degrees F. C/A - adjust cooler to a colder temp to ensure mayo is kept at a safe cold holding temperature at or below 41 degrees F. COS - manager adjusted cooler to a lower temp.
10D - food properly labeled; original container

Observed food in coolers and freezers in plastic bags and containers without dates and labels. C/A - date and label all food when transferring it to a new container.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - controlling pests (pf, c)
Observed no screens over large dans in kitchen allowing flies to enter. C/A - install fine, mesh screens over fans to keep flies out.
