6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed syrups for milkshakes that were past the discard date. Chocolate syrup 5/17/25...Birthday cake and strawberry syrup 5/14/25. Employee removed the items and replaced with fresh syrups.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(f) - prohibitions; single service and single use articles (c)
Observed a small to-go cup being used as a scoop for the milkshake sprinkles. Cup was thrown out. Proper scoops shall be provided with handles in an upright position to prevent contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed accumulation of debris on the floors of the grill station and food line. Clean at a frequency to prevent accumulations.
