Observed cream of mushroom stored beyond the discard date of 2/27/26. Practice first in, first out rule. Food was removed.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(i) - light bulbs, protective shielding (c)
Observed missing protective shielding on light bulbs on the vent hood. All bulbs shall have Proctective shielding to prevent contamination
