Build up of black residue inside of ice chute on soda machine. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. CA: Ice machine was put out of service until it could be cleaned and sanitized.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Wet nested dishes on storage rack. Equipment and utensils shall be air dried.
