Hard boiled eggs cold holding in drink cooler at 45 deg f. Food being held cold shall be maintained at 41 deg f or below. COS: Box of eggs was discarded.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - storage, separation (p)
Chemicals being stored over single use items. Chemicals shall be stored so they can not contaminate single use articles. COS: Chemicals were moved during inspection.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Employee working on pizza without a hair net. Employees shall use approved hair restraints.
