Handwash sink in kitchen area did not have soap. Handwash sinks shall have cleanser available. COS: Soap refilled during inspection.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(7)(c) - food labels (pf, c)
Multiple containers of food not labeled salt and sugar. Food shall be labeled with their common name when in working containers. Cos containers were labeled during inspection.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Build up of grease on stove, grill, pans. Nonfood contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulations.
