Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(q) - cleaning receptacles, in manner to prevent contamination and build-up (c)
Observed the dumpster area not free from an accumulation of debris. CA: Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be thoroughly cleaned in a way that does not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service and single-use articles, and waste water shall be disposed of as specified under subsection (4)(e) of this Rule. PIC cleaned the dumpster area.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(f) - lighting intensity, adequate in food prep, storage & service areas (c)
Observed no lighting in the men's restroom. CA:At a distance of 30 inches (75 cm) above the floor in areas used for handwashing, warewashing, and equipment and utensil storage, and in toilet rooms. PIC will have the light fixed.
