Observed accumulation of black build-up on floor and wall under/behind dish machine, under/behind prep sink in salad prep area, under/behind oven/coolers/prep sink in bakery area, and floors under buffet units. Observed accumulation of grease behind and under fryers.
Observed holes rusted through floor of walk-in cooler in the back of the facility adjacent to the smoker.
Observed door frame to former chemcial closet adjacent to dish washing area is severely rusted away exposing framework. Ceiling tiles are missing in former cheimcal closet.
