Observed employee adjust raw ribs in bin, wipe down prep table, and put gloves on to begin to fry hush puppies. Employee did not stop to wash hands between any of these activities.

Observed another employee, with gloves still on, retrieve wet rag out of sanitizer bucket and wipe off the line. Once finished wiping the line the employee immediately retrieved grits from warmer and remaining grits from self-serve line to place in the same pan. The employee did not wash her hands between any of these activities. COS: Inspector spoke with the employee about when she should wash her hands. Employee stopped what she was doing and wash her hands prior to panning the rest of the food.
