Owner was still storing food in the walk-in freezer and had the door of the freezer propped open so the walk-in cooler could blow into the freezer as well. Various food items in the walk-in freezer were out of temp. All food items should be stored in the walk-in cooler and the door of the walk-in freezer shall be kept closed until the freezer is fixed. The owner stated he has been in contact with the landlord and hvacr technician. Owner stated that a part has been ordered for the freezer.
