Observed deli meat in prep top cooler with no date marking. CA: Any RTE food items food prepared and held longer than 24hrs must indicate a date or day by which the food shall be consumed or discarded.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Observed multiple spray bottles under the handwash sink at the bar that did not have a common name on them. COS: PIC took a sharpie and labeled all bottles. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material
