Observed unlabelled spray bottles on hand sink in storage room. Corrected onsite by labelling spray bottles. All spray bottles should be labelled with their contents.

Observed container of LA's Totally Awesome All Purpose Concentrated Cleaner & Degreaser stored on shelf with seasonings and plastic food pans. Observed container of cooking oil stored on top of crate with with cleaners. All chemicals, toxic substances, cleaners should be stored in a way where they are not in contact and cannot drip on food, utensils, or serving boxes/containers.

Corrected on site by moving oil container to food storage rack, and moving awesome cleaner to crate with other cleaners.

Observed TCS items stored in prep cooler above 41F. Facility will use ice to keep items cold. EH will follow-up.

Observed chicken being thawed in still water in three compartment sink. Foods must be in a container and thawed under running water.

Observed food items stored in prep-top cooler above 41F. These items were moved to another cooler. Owner stated that they already has a new cooler on order, they are just waiting for it to be delivered.
