Milk cartons not consumed are collected approximately an hour later and taken back to the walk-in cooler. These should be under temperature control when they are taken out to the classrooms if the extras are to be returned to the walk-in cooler.

Facility should use ice or chilled insulated coolers to keep the milk cold. If milk it is to be sent out to classrooms without temperature control. They must be discarded.
