Observed refrigerator and reach in cooler at temps of 50 degrees. COS: temps lower on units and food (potato salad and slaw) moved to another unit at 41 degrees.

Observed grill, fryer with significant food buildup and debris. CA: ensure food contact surfaces are cleaned.
