Observed TCS food being hot held at temps below 135 F. Spoke with PIC & nutritionist regarding improvements that could be made to the procedure. All TCS foods for hot holding will need to be 135 F or higher by the time they reach the warmers. CA: I will conduct a follow up on 4/26/24 in order to verify if new process is working.
