-Observed multiple, deep (>2"), tightly covered (multiple layers of plastic wrap) plastic containers of cooling shredded iceberg lettuce in the walk in cooler of the facility. *COS, Containers were placed in walk in freezer to accelerate cooling for 20 mins.

-Observed multiple containers of shredded lettuce cooling in deep plastic containers >2" in the prep top coolers of the front service area. Containers were also tightly covered with multiple layers of plastic film. *COS, Lettuce was placed in ice bath by PIC to rapid cool below prior to being placed back in prep top coolers.

-Observed multiple soda dispensing nozzles (Coke Zero, Minute Maid, Sprite) at the soda dispensing machine in the dining area of the facility soiled with non tcs food debris. -Observed sweet and unsweet tea nozzles on sweet tea dispensing canisters soiled with non tcs food debris. *CTM, Please wash, rinse, and sanitize soda dispensing and tea nozzles and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.
