Person in charge not performing duties; operating the establishment when an imminent health hazard exists because of an emergency such as sewage malfunction, gross unsanitary occurrence or condition that may endanger public health. Observed 3 different sewage drains backed up and allowing sewage water on the ground in facility. CTM, facility owner was trained on proper food safety techniques as it relates to public health and sewage drainage in facility.

Person in charge failed to obtain approval from the Lowndes County Health Department before using a buffet unit for service in facility. Buffet unit did not have an approved sneeze guard for buffet unit on either side. Facility owner shall discontinue use of buffet unit until approved sneeze guards are installed properly and approval is given by the LCHD. COS, owner was trained on food safety as it relates to approved equipment and obtaining approval from the LCHD for operations.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed TCS items in the walk in cooler without date markings. Item included birria meat and rice. COS: PIC labeled the items with the correct dates.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed 3 different sewage drains backed up and allowing sewage water on the ground in facility. CTM, facility has 72 hours to fix the drains to allow proper sewage drainage and shall submit documentation to the Lowndes County Health Department. Facility shall close until drains are fixed and approval is given by the LCHD. Send by 4/5/26.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoop handle of the ice scoop being stored in the ice bin with the handle touching the ice in the drink ice bin and the big ice maker bin. COS: PIC moved the scoop and stored outside of ice bin.
