Wiping cloth Quat sanitizing solutions in buckets not at proper minimum strength upon testing. Sanitizer buckets were emptied and refreshed with new solution by staff. Retested and concentration at minimum strength.

Observed active leak at sanitizer compartment of 3-compartment sink and leak observed at left-side compartment of prep sink in main kitchen. All leaks must be repaired within timely manner. Notify Bernotta.linder@dph.ga.gov once fixed.

Walk-in cooler (WIC) observed with ice build-up and water droplets along ceiling causing water to leak on packaged goods. PIC mentioned that cooler was recently repaired. Packaged food items were removed from under leaking pipe upon request. Have cooler serviced and send verification to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov once fixed.

Observed several food containers of TCS foods; diced tomatoes, potato salad, etc. with expired dates past 7 days after food was prepared. Foods shall be dated with prep date and shall not be kept past 7 days of that date. COS, foods were discarded.
