Snopocalypse

Front floor under prep table observed with several rainbow sprinkles, dry storage shelf in back area with dried yellow crystallized liquid, and reach-in cooler shelves with slight white-growth. COS, Floor was swept and shelves were cleaned/sanitized upon request by PIC.

Front hand wash sink observed with active leak and sanitize compartment of 3-compartment observed with evidence of leak by mean of catch container full of water. Have leaks repaired and send verification to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov once resolved.
