-Observed Chlorine sanitizer stored on shelf next to pump syrups on bottom shelf in drive thru area of the facility. -Observed Fabuloso cleaner and Windex spray bottles stored directly next to bin containing dishes (pitchers, etc.) *CA: All chemicals must be stored in designated areas to prevent contamination. *COS, Sanitizer and spray bottles were stored to prevent contamination.

-Observed unlabeled Fabuloso chemical spray bottle stored on bottom shelf near dish bin in the drive thru area of the facility. *CA: All chemicals not in original container must be labeled with common name. *COS, Chemical bottle was labeled upon request.

-Observed bleach sanitizer stored in drive thru area of the facility on shelf with chemical concentrations too strong over 100ppm. *COS, Bleach sanitizer was diluted by employee upon request and was within proper chemical constraints of 50ppm-100ppm.
