VSU: Centennial POD Market

-Observed rear hand wash sink with out soap provisions and rest room of facility without soap provisions. Current dispensers are not operating. *COS, Soap was added to hand wash sink upon request by PIC

-Observed 4 packs of hard boiled eggs stored in the self service area of the facility with expired date marking of 2/18/26. -Observed 2 containers of Fairlife Strawberry Reduced Fat Ultra Filter milk stored in the self service reach in portion of the walk in cooler with expired date marking of 10/24/25.

-Observed 5 individual containers of Cool Cow Strawberry milk stored in the self service reach in portion of the walk in cooler with best by dates of 8/24/25. -Observed 2 individual containers of Cool Cow Chocolate Milk stored in the reach in self service portion of the walk in cooler with best by dates of 8/24/25. *COS, Milk was discarded by PIC upon request.

-Observed 4 gallons of whole milk located in the reach (quad doors) of the walk in cooler with expiration date of 3/11/25. *COS, milk was discarded upon request by PIC.

-Observed front service hand wash sink near pizza oven without handwashing cleaner and paper towels. Was noted on previous inspection. (Rear dispenser on wall only had hand sanitizer. Dispenser on sink was empty). *COS, Hand wash sink was stocked with soap and paper towels upon request by PIC.
