Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(a) - cooling, heating, and holding capacities (pf)
-Observed front undercounter reach in cooler under lemonade machines with ambient temperature of 46F inside. Unit was currently stored canned whipped creams for shakes. *COS, TCS Food items were moved to lemonade reach in cooler; Recommended not storing TCS foods until unit can be serviced.
