Container of peppadew peppers with use by date of 3/17 stored in pull-out drawer and cups of mixed fruit with use thru date of 3/18/26 @ 7:16AM stored in reach-in cooler. COS, All TCS foods stored past disposal date were discarded by PIC.

Walk-in cooler (WIC) fan guards observed soiled with accumulated dust. Have fan guards properly cleaned/sanitized. Send verification to Bernotta.linder@dph.ga.gov within timely manner.

Several bags of chopped romaine lettuce with use thru dates of 7/8/25, 7/11/25, and 7/22/25. Pickled red onions with use by date of 7/21/25 9:18AM and 7/23/25 8:58AM, roasted corn with use by date of 7/19/25 10:23AM, three containers of sliced tomatoes 7/22/25 10:08PM. COS, All TCS food was discarded by PIC.

Old inspection report posted in dining area and drive thru window. This was mentioned during last complaint visit. Ensure current inspection report is posted.

Inside pull-out drawers observed soiled with old food particles, liquid & plastic saran wrapping. Also, Vitamix blender observed soiled. Clean inside drawers and around borders of equipment with build-up and Vitamix blender in a timely manner. Send verification of detailed cleaning/sanitizing of nonfood-contact surfaces to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov.

Multiple GnG fruit cups stored in reach-in cooler past use by date of 6/23/25 3:30PM and 6/24/25 8:34AM and several containers of sliced tomatoes with use by date of 6/23/25 10:07PM. COS, TCS food was discarded by employee and manager.

Sliced tomatoes observed cooling in 6" deep clear containers and cut cantaloupe in 8qt clear container with lids. COS, Sliced tomatoes and cut cantaloupe were placed on ice bath by staff upon request to properly cool.

Three dairy blenders observed with debris inside and around top; Lid also observed soiled and a few utensils. COS, Blenders were taken to back to soak and be cleaned. Utensils were place in 3-compartment sink as well.

Several cartons of milk with expired dates ranging from 12-27-23, 11-28-23, 8-12-23, 1-11/24. COS, Cartons of milk were discarded upon request.

Observed lots of old food particles (e.g., big chunk of Sirloin steak) inside pull-put drawers of prep top cooler. Please clean inside units and around borders.

Observed pair of sunglasses sitting on shelf in bakery kitchen, beads inside metal container with utensils. COS, Personal items were moved and placed in designated area.

Observed open cup with coffee sitting on top of shelf with container of powdered sugar and other bakery items in bakery kitchen. COS, Open cup of coffee was discarded by manager.

Observed big Pink stainless steel water bottle sitting on bakery prep table in main kitchen. COS, Water bottle was placed in designated drink area by manager.

Two 8oz cartons of Organic Low Fat milk with best before date of 8 April 2023 in RIC in main kitchen. COS, Cartons of milk were discarded.
