-Observed pretzel hotdogs and pepperoni stuffed mozzarella pretzel bites not hot holding at 135F or above in the heat lamp warmer cabinet of the front service area of the kitchen next to the cash register. Pretzel hotdogs were in warmer cabinet about 30 mins prior to discovery and pepperoni and mozzarella bites were in warmer cabinet about 45 mins prior to discovery per PIC. *COS, Both Pretzel mini dogs and Mozzarella and Pepperoni Pretzel bites were reheated in the oven to 165F or higher prior to being replaced in warmer cabinet.

-Observed nacho cheese in the cheese warmer in the front service area of the kitchen not being hot held at 135F or greater. -Observed pretzel hot dogs in warmer unit in front service area of the kitchen not being hot held at 135F or greater. Pretzel hot dogs were placed in warmer about 30 mins prior to discovery. *COS, Pretzel hot dogs were reheated in oven above 165F prior to being placed back in warmer unit. Nacho cheese sauce was discarded upon request by PIC.
