-Observed several TCS foods not cold held at 41F or below in the reach in refrigerator in the kitchen; chicken wings 46F, Sl tomatoes 51F, raw shrimp 51F, sh cheese 51F, raw hamburger 49F, prime rib 50. COS, items were just placed out to be cold held so they were allowed to be rapidly cooled down by being placed in the walk in freezer by the PIC.
