2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(g) - handwashing sinks, nos/capacities (pf)
Observed the facility's only hand sink to lack single use paper towels. CA: hand sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 85 degrees, a conveniently placed trash can, soap, and single use paper towels. COS: paper towels will be added.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed the facility to not have any EPA registered food grade sanitizer for use in the 3 compartment sink. CA: all multi-use dishware must be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized between uses and EPA registered food grade sanitizer must be available for use. Chlorine sanitizer is preferred choice by facility and proper chlorine sanitizer will be purchased before utensil sanitization.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed two containers of decaf coffee with expiration dates in November 2024 and one box of single portion coffee creamers with an expiration date of 10/2025 stored in the facility. CA: food products must be discarded or used before the manufacturer expiration date. COS: items discarded voluntarily.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed the waffle maker placed on the counter beside the hand sink without a barrier between the equipment pieces. Observed food and single use items stored comingled with stain remover, stain, and spray lacquer. CA: All food items, food contact surfaces, and single use items must be protected from contamination during display and storage. COS: items moved to appropriate locations.
