Open bags of flour, blackeye peas stored rolled up on dry storage shelf close to walk-in. Store all food products in covered or sealed containers. COS: Peas discarded , flour transferred to containers with lids.

Single-bucket method used to clean dining tables. Use two- bucket method or spray bottle with sanitizer and paper towel. Two bucket method has sanitizer in both buckets. COS: Spray bottle & paper towel method in use.
