Observed multiple employee drinks w/o lids and straws. Repeat. PIC threw away.

Observed hand sink that is not connected by dining room door and dish pit. Sink MUST be operable and equipped.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed can opener with a build up of food debris. Can opener MUST be washed, rinsed, and sanitized between uses. PIC corrected.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Observed wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer between uses. PIC placed in sanitizer.
