Observed foods stored in outside WIF and main kitchen RIC uncovered. PIC notified and foods covered.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed food stored on floor of outside WIF and observed raw chicken stored in outside RIC in a puddle of what appeared to be a mixture of water and chicken liquids. Observed employee remove chicken and clean out the liquid.

Observed outer opening to the outside through the exhaust fan, not fully covered/screened. Exhaust fan must be fully screened in by the follow up inspection date.

Observed excessive grease build up dripping from hood exhaust component outside. Exhaust must be cleaned/serviced by the follow up inspection date.
