Observed cooking oil stored on the floor in the kitchen area, all food item must be stored 6 inches off the floor and away from chemical in the kitchen area. owner will place the food item on a shelf. corrected on 11/18/25

Observed old food frozen on the bottom of the freezer, 3. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. The manager will clean the bottom of the reach in freezer by 11/30/25

Observed a wet wiping cloth stored on the stainless-steel table, all wiping cloth must be stored in the bucket between usage, to prevent the cloth from becoming contaminated. COS the wet wiping cloth was placed in the sanitizer correctly between usage

Observed a metal scoop handle buried in the sugar bend and rice bend in the plastic container, In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon. COS the manager will remove the scoop from the sugar and rice bend and place the handle up while being stored

Observed frozen metal meat juice in the bottom of the freezer, Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. The manager will clean the bottom of the freezer by 4/15/25
