Observed dust on the headboards of room 217, 206, 118, 110, 210, 110, 101. 511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. The manager should ensure that all furniture are regularly cleaned. correct by 06/20/2026

Observed cobweb on the ceiling in rooms 101, 110, 206, 217, all ceiling should be checked daily for spider web in the ceiling. The manager will have a check list to check the ceiling daily. correct by 06/20/2026

Observed dirty coffee maker in room 218,104, all coffeemakers need to be cleaned after customer check-out. The housekeeper will clean the coffee machine by 12/25/25

Observed chairs couching need vacuuming for trash and all coffee maker need cleaing in all rooms, and dust on refrigerator in room 228,231,211. all furnitue and need to be cleaned as needed daily

Observed the ceiling in the bathrooms need repairing in rooms 102,214,211, all rooms ceiling need to repair, Manager will have maintenance repair the ceiling by 12/18/23
