Observed dust on the headboards in rooms, 117, 208, 211. All headboards need to be checked daily for dust and clean as needed. The manager will insure the housekeeper clean the headboard as needed corrected on 06/12/2026

Observed the chute of the ice machine on the second and 4th floor was dirty needed cleaning to remove the mildew, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The chute of the ice machine will be cleaned by 06/12/2026

Observed the chute of the ice machine had buildup of mildew on the outer part of the ice machine, the ice machine need to be cleaned as needed to prevent the mildew buildup on the ice chute of the ice machine. The manager will have the ice machine cleaned weekly on a schedule to help with them the mildew issue
