Observed spider web in the ceiling in 3 bath houses in the park, Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair. While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day, unless the guest has declined regular tourist room services. If a tourist declines regular tourist room services, the tourist accommodation facility must ensure that these surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once per week and between tourists. The cleaning crew will clean the web in the ceiling by 6/15/26

Observed web in the ceiling in cabin #1, and cabin 12. Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. In all new constructed and extensively remodeled residential kitchens used in bed and breakfast inns, coved base molding may be required. Walls and ceilings in residential kitchens shall be easily cleanable and light colored. The cleaning crew will clean the web in the ceiling in the cabins by 12/30/25

Observed webs in the ceiling of the bathroom wash houses, all corner of the batroom need to be cleaned and checked for spider web daily. The manager will have the cleaning crew clean the web in corner of the bath house

Observed mildew on the ceiling vent in the bath house, all vent in the bath houses need to be cleaned as needed to prevent mildew buildup on the vents. The manager will have the vent cleaned by the housekeeper by 12/10/24

Observed spier web in the ceiling in cabin 5,1,4,14, all ceiling in the cabin need to be checked for web during cleaning process, The web in the cabin willbe cleaned by 12/10/24

OBserved the bathrooms in the facility need to be cleaned, all bathroom shower and toilet need and checked daily. The housekeeper will clean the bathrooms as needed

Observed webs in the ceiling in the middle bathhouses, and in cabin C12, all web nned to be cleaned from the ceiling as needed daily. The manager will have the cleaning crew check the cabin and bathroom houses

Observed no hot water in the one of the bathhouse on the property, all bathroom are required to have hot water for the patron to use while staying at the loaction. The owner are replacing the gas heater with electric heater

Observed webs in the corner of lodge 1 and web in the bathrooms also , all webs need to be cleaned of the ceiling or as needed. The cleaning crew will clean the cabins and bahtroom where the webs are in the ceiling

OBserved web in the ceiling in cabin 14,11, all web need to be cleaned fro the ceilng in the cabin rooms, The manger will have the cabins ceiling cleaned by 5/24/23
