observed the dripping plate inside the ice machine and the ice chute of the soda machine in the dining area with black, pink, and mold-like substances. Corrective action (CA) All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent buildup, stains, and accumulation of mold-like substances. All concerned area shall be cleaned by 11/27/2025

observed food boxed stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer and dry storage. all food items shall be 6 inches off the floor.
12D - washing fruits and vegetables

Observed turkeys stored in the sink designated for vegetables and stored on the vegetables sink drain board. Ensure the vegetable sink is only used for the vegetable sink.
