Observed a pink stain, mold-like substance inside the ice chute of the soda machine located in the drive-thru thru and black slime mold-like substance inside the ice chute of the soda machine located in the dining area. CA: Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold buildup or accumulation. The COS person in charge cleaned the ice chute during the inspection.

Observed the container of chips was not covered on the top shelf of the chips prep station. Ensure foods are fully covered unless they are actively cooling. Person in charge was instructed to cover the chips. COS
