Observed 5 patties of fried chicken in the steam table in the Main Kitchen being hot held between 99F-104F degrees for an undetermined amount of time. All of items discarded.

Observed several live roaches throughout the facility. One was observed by order window near food preparation. Also observed roach eggs on stainless steel table in the front food service area. Please have a pest control company service facility.

Observed back door of facility to have visible gaps to the outside. Open visible gaps allow the entry of pests to the facility. Door needs to be replaced or gaskets added around door to close gaps and prevent the entry of pests.

Drive-thru windows are not self closing. Several flies were observed throughout the facility. Please make openings and doors are protected against the entry of insects and rodents.

The facility does not have a mop sink. According to staff, mop sink is dumped in the three-compartment sink. Inspector also observed, three-comp sink is not indirectly connected to sewage disposal. Please provide mop sink and updated indirect connections by next inspection.

Observed exposed areas of wooden floor in the Main Kitchen to not be easily wipeable and non-absorbant. Wood needs to be re-sealed or replaced so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed live roaches entering and exiting gaps around the handwashing sink located in the Main Kitchen. Please make sure sink is re-sealed or re-caulked to prevent the entrance of pests.
