Observed no verifiable manner, verbal or written, to show that food employees are aware of their reporting responsibilities when it relates to diseases that are transmissible through food. The PIC was able to name three out of the five symptoms and only one of the six illnesses at the time of the inspection. Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. Must correct within 10 calendar days. The PIC was also given a copy of the GA DPH Employee Health Red Book.
