Observed handwashing sink not accessible for convenient use due to having a prep table directly in front of it. Observed blender and lids stored in hand sink. Observed hand sink not draining properly. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Pf

An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Pf COS: Person in charge moved prep table to allow use of handwashing sink. Items were removed from hand sink. Sink was allowed to drain properly.

Observed large reach-in cooler with ice build up around the fan. Observed internal thermometer reading 50*F. Equipment for cooling and heating food, and holding cold and hot food, shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide food temperatures as specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04. Pf
