Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(d) - food storage containers identified with common name of food (c)
Observed containers holding salt and pepper without a label. Containers holding food that can unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages such as cooking oils, salt, spices, etc. shall be clearly and legibly identified with the common name of the food. COS: Person in charge labeled containers.
11D - thermometers provided and accurate
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(x) - tmd, located in refrigerators/ hot holding (pf, c)
Observed shelf thermometer missing in both reach-in coolers and walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer. In a mechanically refrigerated storage unit, a temperature measuring device shall be located in the warmest part. Priority foundation item must be corrected in ao calendar days.

Observed inspection report missing from drive- thru. Food service establishments with drive- thru windows will post the inspection report. COS: Person in charge posted the most current inspection report at the drive- thru.
