If a third violation of this code provision is observed during the next routine/RAR the facility's permit will be suspended. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Education was provided to the person in charge discussing the importance of insurance all food. Contact services are clean to the site and touch. The cleaning procedure for the ice machine began by dumping the ice, removing parts, washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all parts and equipment.
