Note: 3 consecutive violations of the same code provision will result in a permit suspension. Note: All cold and hot holding temperatures are in compliance. Note: Ensure that any employee working with or prepping food are not wearing bracelets of any kind including medical bracelets. Smooth wedding band rings without stones or grooves may be worn. Note: Exterior storage in its current state is not properly designed for food storage. Single use items and chemicals only are allowed in the outside storage. If single use items are not individually wrapped, the items must be brought inside as soon as the box is opened. Food Storage is prohibited at its current state and must be brought back inside immediately. Note: Going forward, if outside storage wants to be used to store food, visit the Newton County Environmental health office at 1113 Usher St NW Suite 303, Covington, GA 30014 were you can apply for a remodel and the proper finish and materials can be approved and put into place for food safety/storage for the outside area. 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed drink nozzles with a mold like accumulation build up in and around the nozzles. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge, washed, rinsed and sanitized the head of the drink machine.
