At the time of this inspection, the facility is not cold or hot holding any food items. No foods in freezers at the time of this inspection. There were no food items (except for packaged non-tcs foods) at the facility. The current menu of this facility is limited to beer, wine, and packaged non-tcs food items. Note: Ensure there is a food safety manager certification certificate obtained before the next routine inspection Note: The facility did complete a remodel application in order to heat up and serve ready to eat food items to begin after the remodel inspection.
