All cold and hot held items were in compliance. All food in freezers frozen solid. Approved Additives: Drink Syrups An unscored informal will be conducted on or before February 27th, 2026. Failure to correct this violation will result in permit suspension. Note: Certified food safety manager certifications cannot be displayed at multiple food service facilities. Note: Because the business, Your Perfect Cup and Tacos on Main have different LLCs, they cannot share products between facilities. If the owner would like to share products between the facilities, then the owner would need to apply for a change of ownership with the Newton County Environmental Health. Note: The facility is using canned salmon for their sandwiches. If the facility wants to use Cold-Smoked Salmon, please reach out to Newton County Environmental Health before purchasing. Cold-Smoked Salmon required a parasite destruction letter and the menu will require a consumer advisory to be used in the facility. Note: Observed uncut, whole tomatoes at the facility. These tomatoes were discarded. In order to use uncut, whole tomatoes, the facility would need to install a fruit and vegetable sink. If the facility wishes to install a fruit and vegetable sink, they must reach out to the Newton County Environmental Health office before proceeding. Questions? 770-784-2121 www.gnrhealth.com
