Observed a case of individually packaged milk in the reach in cooler (RIC) a few weeks past the "best-by" date. Person in charge (PIC) disposed of milk.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing
Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Two different inspection reports posted. The more recent one behind the cash register and an older one by the entranceway. PIC shall display today's inspection (6/1/26) only in a conspicuous location that allows for customer's to view within one foot distance.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Observed accumulations of water, liquid, debris, and food particles in the bottom of RIC. Maintenance to be performed as soon as possible to address possible leak.

Observed opened employee beverages located on top shelf of RIC. PIC disposed of employee beverages.
