observed to go cups in open container and exposed to potential contamination on front line. Keep to go cups in covered dispenser, or leave in protective plastic sleeves, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed accumulations of grease, oil, dust and/or debris on floors under equipment, ceilings around vents, walls at 3 comp sink and fry prep sink. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations by 11/8/25.
